With at least five years of continuous development, German engineers fully experienced in the art of labeling, were tasked to “reinvent the wheel “- of labeling of course.

1. The label head needed to be self-contained - no separate control box - just plug it in and it works.
2. Designed for very high-speed labeling at the outset - to beat anything out there.
3. Designed to replace competitors’ label heads (H400), so these could be upgraded as they reach the end of their useful life.
4. Recipe management for ease of repeat setups.
5. Modern touch panel user-friendly controls built-in and remote.
6. Ethernet, WAN, Tablet, Smartphone controlled access with all the goodies of course...
7. Compact and light to fit into difficult to reach situations.
8. Built-in interfaces to control external interlinked items such as Printers, Print and apply, Laser coders, Vision systems, Barcode scanners,and a myriad of other OEM devices as needed to ease the building of complete labeling systems.

The result is a future-proof investment

The modular IXOR can be integrated into fully automatic labeling machines either retrofited or as new systems.

It can simply be mounted to a conveyor utilzing IXOR accessory stands.

The IXOR has the control unit integrated, a separate control cabinet is not required.
The base drive unit can be selected from four label heights and in right-hand and left-handed designs. Label rolls can be handled upto 16"  (410 mm) outside diameter.

Zero downtime is possible through redundant label head systems.

Hand held smartphone remote, duplicaties the touchpanel for operational convenience.
