Eco Panel Labeler

For the budget conscious the Eco Panel sports the same powerful Servo H400 head as our higher end models but eliminates many bells and whistles to give a cost effective automatic panel labeler. Servo driven synchronized top holdown belt holds the product steady during label(s) application.

Speeds of over 100 per minute can be obtained. It includes a 7ft long Stainless Steel conveyor, 14 inch Wrap belt, framed Stainless stand. Although economical this is a fine labeler with a label dispense head that is so rugged and accurate that others have a hard time competing with its performance.

The shown unit has Feed screw orienter, Twin label Heads with fully adjustable in/out and tilts, wrap belt for round bottles and a prism system shown on the right that is parked ready for future use.

Prism Roller system

Extremely popular is the Aesus Prism roller system.
The prism system is for highly accurate wrap labeling and can be attached to panel labelers with a color HMI screen.
Twin adjustable rollers grasp the container against the wrap belt holding the container perfectly aligned; once in perfect alignment the label is dispensed.
The prism system can be used to dispense two (or more) labels onto the same container with an adjustable time interval in between label dispenses. It can be also used to align a label with a witness mark, handle, plunger or other mark.

The Eco Panel hold down belt is fully adjustable with ease as is the product sensor..
